Trezor Suite App (Official) - Set up

To set up your Trezor device using the Trezor Suite app, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Trezor Device

• Unbox Your Trezor: Remove your Trezor device from its packaging.

• Connect to Computer: Use the USB cable provided to connect your Trezor to your computer.

2. Install Trezor Suite App

• Download Trezor Suite: Open your web browser and go to trezor.io/start.

• Choose Trezor Suite: Follow the instructions to download and install Trezor Suite as your preferred application.

3. Initialize Your Trezor Device

• Start Setup: Launch the Trezor Suite app on your computer.

• Set Up Your Device: You will be guided through setting up your Trezor device within the Trezor Suite app, including:

  • Choosing a PIN: Set a secure PIN code using the Trezor touchscreen.

  • Backup Your Recovery Seed: Write down the recovery seed (a series of 12 or 24 words) displayed on the Trezor screen. This seed is crucial for recovering your wallet if your Trezor is lost or damaged.

  • Confirm Your Seed: Confirm that you have correctly written down the recovery seed by entering some of the words on the Trezor device.
